criecx Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between criecx ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person ("User", "you", "your") who uses our website, application or services. By accessing criecx.cam or creating an account, you are considered to have expressly accepted these Terms.

Below are some key definitions used in these Terms:

• "Platform" — The criecx website and all related services.
• "Account" — Your personal profile created through registration.
• "Funds" — Money deposited into your account.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

To use our platform you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification is pending.
• We reserve the right to hold withdrawals for investigation in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

criecx offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms are described below.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for bonus funds is 20 times (20x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering calculations will only count bets placed on eligible games.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and funds being forfeited.
• criecx reserves the right to cancel or modify bonuses at any time.

VIP Program

criecx offers three VIP tiers for regular players — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%.
• Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
• Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%.

You may be promoted to the next tier based on your playing style and regularity. The detailed terms of VIP tiers may change.

6. Gaming Rules

criecx platform offers various gaming services including live casino, slots and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, however the following general rules apply to all games.

• All game outcomes are determined randomly (using Random Number Generation) and fair play is ensured.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the game will complete with the bet as placed.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, criecx reserves the right to void the bet for that round and return the funds.
• The maximum stake per bet in a game session will be shown on the specific game page.
• If a dispute arises over a game result, server logs will be considered the final evidence.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, that bet will also be cancelled and the stake will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the criecx platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Depositing funds from illegal or suspicious sources.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal conversion of funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other automation tools.
• Attempting to infiltrate or hack the platform's systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers.
• Claiming another user's identity or registering with false information.
• Attempting to illegally influence game outcomes.
• Threatening or harassing other users or criecx staff.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

criecx reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to respond to a request for identity or age verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• An order from a court or government authority.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
